Installation instructions
Before installing Simply Accounting 9.0, please go to the Simply Accounting Web site at www.simplyaccounting.com/aus to register your copy. A serial number and keycode will be generated. You will then be prompted to enter this information when installing your copy of Simply Accounting. When you click on the install button, you be presented with the Simply Accounting Setup page. Please click the ‘install Simply Accounting’ button and follow the instructions.

Note: the registration details provided are case sensitive and must be entered in exactly the same form as provided on the Web site. Please print out the details and keep them in a safe place for future reference.

If upgrading from an older version of Simply Accounting for Windows:

1. Back up your data using your old version of Simply Accounting (or copy your data to another folder).
   
2. When installation is complete, start the new version of Simply Accounting and open your data. Simply Accounting automatically converts it to the new format.
   
3. Once you have successfully opened your data, select Check Data Integrity from the Maintenance menu. This checks for problems in your converted data.
